The Host were quite nice. Hotel 5 mins walk from Railway Station. Ten mins walk from Town Centre. How ever the bed Was Flea Ridden with Dust Mites. I had taken can of Raid Fly Killer with me after Experience at Butlins. Gave the bed Quick Spray when i Arrived but was itching like man at night had to try and respray And by another can the next day and Spray the whole bed and covers as best i could to get a good night sleep. I paid extra for En suite room the Bathroom was very small the Toilet seat would nit stay up so had to wee in the sink. The shower was only cold Water tried three time to get warm water to no Avil. Breakfast was good and hot.

Absaloutly faultless , room spotless clean, host very friendly and informative, breakfast wow, so much choice and flexibility 4 star hotels should be ashamed go to the Garnett and see how breakfast should be done . Close,to all the main attractions of the north shore area and 2 mins to seafront .

Once again absolutely fantastic stay with Alan and Dean. Great hosts can't do enough for you. Excellent breakfast and hospitality will definitely be staying again. Close to all amenities and just a skip away from Blackpool North Train Station, Funny Girls, Ma Kelly's North, Flying Handbag just to mention a few as there is too many to mention.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! On Arrival Of This Hotel We Was Greeted By The Owners Who We're Absolutely Amazing! So Friendly & Very Helpful! The Rooms Where Just What We Needed & Kept So Clean! Toilet & Shower Was Separately But To Be Honest Who Needs Them In There Room! Very Close To The Train Station & Great Location For Central Views! Close To Everything! Night Life Is Good! Plenty Of Places To Go! I Came Here With My 6 Year Old & He Absolutely Loved It! Breakfast Was Included With Our Breakfast & It Was Super Yummy! All You Could Want In One Hotel & The Service Is 5 Star All The Way! Thank You For Making This Experience One To Remember With My Little Man! Definitely Recommend All The Way!

There was a warm welcome when we arrived at the Garnett by Dean.
We had excellent communication in the morning before we got there & such a lovely place to stay.
Alan & Dean were incredibly helpful, incredibly friendly & the food was absolutely delicious. There was a variety of cereals, fresh fruit salad, yoghurts, fruit juices, milk & a full English breakfast that was cooked to perfection.
I have booked my next stay already, cannot wait to go again.

This is the worst place i have stayed in. Paid extra for En Suite Bathroom was so small. Toilet seat would not stay up. and not a proper shower it was stone cold. but worse of all was the beds i took a can of Raid Fly spray with me and give the beds a Quick spray when i arrived but was itching at night so had to respray and then had to buy more in Blackpool the next day. and Blitz the bed. Breakfast was good and hot.

We had a friendly greeting off Alan on our arrival, our room was snug but clean and quiet and perfectly adequate for a nights stay! Breakfast was lovely and the hotel is positioned well for Blackpools *** Scene! For the reasonable price we paid you can’t expect much more, we will definitely return!
