Lovely couple who owned the property very welcoming. Excellent location for the Winter Gardens and South Pier

Clean and tidy room , tea ,coffee , biscuit’s and believe it or not sweets waiting in the room on arrival.The shower was powerful and hot . The bed was clean and super comfy . The hosts Jackie and Russell ( jaqrussel) were superb . Me and the missus have been to Blackpool on numerous occasions and have stayed at various places trying to find the go to place well I can tell we need look no further as we can’t wait to return …….. 10 out of 10

Myself and my partner can not speak highly enough about this place clean great location and run by the nicest couple. Ps breakfast is the best around the scrabbled eggs are amazing russel and jackie are amazing hosts and make you feel so welcome. Thanks for another great stay love Andy and bex

Lovely stay, perfect location, friendly owner. Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely B&B. Came with a group of friends and loved this comfy place to rest after a couple of busy days in Blackpool. Comfy bed and well equipped room. We look forward to coming back.

Fantastic guesthouse with wonderful landlady. Warm and friendly welcome, comfy room and excellent small touches. Perfect location halfway between town and the Pleasure Beach. Set back far enough to be quiet in the evenings but still just off the main street for easy access. Will visit again.

Fantastic place to stay,couldn't ask for better hosts, Jacqui & Russ were friendly and made our stay relaxed and enjoyable, lovely clean rooms and asked each day by a polite young girl if we needed anything, e.g Towels , bedding. You have your own door key so you feel safe to leave belongings in the room.Shower room and toilet were clean and in great working order. Breakfast was delicious made by Russ , a breakfast buffet consisting of hot breakfast ,cereal ,yogurt ,fruit, unlimited supply of tea ,coffee ,and cappuccino. It has its own bar where you can sit, relax and drink, it also has a choice of games and a pool table. Jacqui and Russ also have a lovely pub called the Jaq Russell which is a two minute walk away, the pub has a relaxing atmosphere where you are able to have a drink , it's friendly and welcoming, night time they have a DJ and karaoke which made it into a really fun night,We will be going back ,Thank you Jacqui and Russ for making our weekend so good. Really attentive. I decided to not stay my second night as I wanted to go home. This in no way was down to the hotel, it was just personal reasons
