stayed friday and Saturday night room 142,room was very hot the radiator wasn't even on , the walls were full of marks , hairs in shower cubicle ,breakfast Saturday morning was brilliant best ive had in blackpool but shame sunday wasn't the same changed the sausage to a cheap nasty one , bacon down to 1 slice not 2 , and cold toast 😳 oh and the bubbly reception was watered-down ,paid £280 for 2 nights with evening meal i think it would of been worth it if the points are adressed !

This was our first visit following a recommendation by a friend. We were warmly greeted and found our room to be very well furnished and comfortable. We were in a side sea view beach hut family room which had a spacious wet room. Food was excellent with varied evening menus. The organised trip to Skipton was a lovely touch and we enjoyed the afternoon tea and entertainment with Charley. The evening DJ and bingo was great fun. We will certainly be returning again.

Just got back from a weekend here, this is an annual visit with a dance school. last year we had a non updated room and it was very old, at the time i brough it to the owners attention and she promised us a top room. when we checked in we where given a really nice room over looking the sea (room 300) the room was very nice and clean... and we had a TV in the bath :) breakfast was great and all the staff where amazing, the pool and jacuzzi was spotlessly clean (well done to the gentleman cleaner who didn't stop) Liz, please give your staff a pat on the back or a pay rise because everyone was amazing and they make the experience that much better.

I stayed at the Sheraton Blackpool, don’t let some renovations going on outside and some room upgrades inside deter you, the hotel inside is faultless, decor and furniture is beautiful, staff are always on hand to help if required. My room was lovely you have a hairdryer (a good one too) and i’’d asked for an iron and it was with me 5 mins later. Entertainment is good too,

nice hotel staff could not do enough great atmospher nice rooms food very good and breakfast was amazing waitress staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect the bar staff was good but the wine was a bit pricey and a shot of lemonade was 75p the acts was good could not fault it

Excellent weekend, good food, excellent entertainment, lovely staff, excellent bar. Only draw back was I had a sea view room but couldn't see due to scaffolding around front of building, but will definitely return when the scaffolding is removed.

Everything was beautiful until I ordered a takeaway. Over 80s at this place . I'm 23 and need to eat quite a bit. The restaurant managers and waitors were lovely and provided us seconds to help fill us up. They also accommodated my epilepsy and aid when my blood sugar dropped. I'm allergic to cocoa which they also made sure my plate was free from 🥰 the food was absolutely gorgeous. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were very well maintained.

We were at a function for the weekend, we were so very pleasantly surprised at the Sheraton. The accommodation was excellent, the decor was lovely, the rooms were extremely well appointed and comfortable. It was really good value for money and the bar/wine list prices were not over priced. Staff were all so helpful, polite and friendly, without exception. We had a fabulous 3 days and would recommend this hotel to everyone, can't wait to go back. Thanks to you all at the Sheraton.
