Prices are over the top To park your car is £18 per night if you are lucky enough to find a space We had some food delivered to our room Happy with the price of£17.95 but the hotel Charged £10 to deliver it which is ridiculous Certainly don’t want to be ripped off again and won’t be going back

Good location. Count on public car park parking at £15-20 for up to 24hrs. Nicely presented apar**ent but the bed/mattress was dire so not a comfortable night by any means.

Positives- Stayed in the small studio apar**ent. Apar**ent was very small but nice, modern and well equipped. Very close to pleasure beach so was ideal location for our visit. Negatives- bed was so uncomfortable could feel every spring on the mattress, a few stains on bedding and pillows were terrible. The apar**ent would have been so much better if these small issues were resolved. For the price of £180 for a 2 night stay investing in a half decent mattress & bedding would have made it perfect.

Flat 1 is damp and very smelly, carpets didn’t fit the room, broken woodwork around patio doors and windows and was quite dirty overall. Contacted Jennie who moved us to flat 6 & 7 which was slightly better but not much. Quite expensive for 1 night stay however I didn’t mind with the photos of the apar**ents looking nice however the flats don’t look anything like the photos now so very misleading. The photos give the impression of home from home but that wasn’t the case. I really didn’t enjoy the stay at all and neither did my children. We was doing the pleasure beach and sandcastle water park so the location was good that was the only plus. Please stop misleading customers either make you rooms look like the photos or replace them with how the flats look now.

Very impressed with this hotel .Room 337 .third floor with lift close by. Beautiful room .Large Sea view window ..Entertainment 1st class .Food delicious. Very clean .Bingo one night while we are here .Being so impressed whilst here .we have decided to book for Chris**as.. if I had the smallest of complaint it would be very small bathroom with no storage but there is space for a little and no phone in out room to reach reception small problem that didn't really bother us but maybe bother others .enjoy if you choose to book here I have every faith you will

Apar**ent ok , but stairs down to bedroom too steep , clean & tidy

Advertised as private bathroom although this is true, it is not in the apar**ent or connected. It is accross the corridor. The apar**ent next door was very noisy, and with me having to keep leaving the room to use the bathroom was inconvenient. Apar**ent smaller than imagined although it is very clean
