Well we booked this hotel after seeing reviews and now wish we hadn't. The good We arrived early and fair play to Alan our room was ready so thank u for that. The breakfast was lovely so again thank u. The bad We took our cases upstairs took us ages to find rooms so hint bottom of stairs put room numbers. The carpets up the stairs and on landing tired thread bare need replacing. The decoration needs a lick of paint as looks tired and grubby. When we got to our room the door was something off an office door in a factory with splashes of paint on it and the door opposite looked like it had been took off a tip. Our room small and cramp, radiator had dust in it, smoke alarm really dirty with dust, lamp.on bedside bulb really dusty, extractor fan in bathroom really dusty and dust on top.of the tele and sink in bathroom the plug hole whole rusty, water in kettle which is a deffo no no, glasses grubby needed a good clean. Shower fell off unit which looked like something from the sixties. Wallpaper was peeling off in places so that's only a 5min job. The wardrobe has water damage to the ceiling. We went for breakfast following day and nothing hardly their. Had to scrape to get mushrooms sausages cheap looking, black pudding greasy and burn,t bacon not much hardly and sausages and why do u have to be served eggs when u can help urself to the rest? So buffet breakfast rubbish. Following day breakfast, we had to wait for machine to warm up this should be put on earlier ready for guests. Breakfast again u could smell the grease so that was off putting from the start. This hotel is not worth the money when u walk in lamp needs a good clean, side cabinet chipped and tatty. So money worth no. Would we stay again no. Tbh u can get better hotels cleaner and more modern.

Absolutely lovely stay yet again at Queens Plaza. We have been staying here many years with our Pool Team. Denise and John look after us and make us very welcome even starting breakfast for us early because of the competition start time. The breakfast is amazing and plentiful. Alan also looks after us in the bar ensuring drinks are always served to our liking and the TV and music is to our taste which isn’t easy and also showing us how to play pool 😂. Overall another wonderful stay at a lovely hotel with lovely staff thank you it is very much appreciated and looking forward to another stay

Easter weekend was a bad time to book a hotel, but it was my Aunts 90th in Cleveleys. Tried the usual places nearer tO Cleveleys but, all booked up. The Queens Plaza was the next nearest. Got there a bit earlier than the official booking in time to get a parking space, managed that. They let us checkin early as the room was ready. Though we were on the 3rd floor, the room was a good size, nice and quiet, lovely and clean, right for us. The Buffet Breakfast was great, the largest buffet choice we have EVER seen in the UK, set us up for the day. We were lucky with the weather for the 2 days there, so we had a good hour walk to Blackpool and it was only a 35 min walk to Cleveleys. 9 min walk to The Cask Micro Pub in Bispham. The Dunediner couple running the Hotel were very friendly and helpful. Next time we visit our Aunt we will love to stay here again.

I stayed here for 1 night as I was attending an event just down the road, I was warmly welcomed and was able to check in slightly earlier which was great. Only concerns I had was the room was really cold and didn’t seem to warm up whilst we was there and we was shown the Wi-Fi password but it wouldn’t work not a big issue but it is when your child needs entertainment in the room I wouldn’t say the furniture was the cleanest and I had to pull the bed out to plug the lamp in and there was a lot of dust and bits of rubbish behind it which shows it hasn’t been deep cleaned. However the breakfast in the morning was nice with lots of choice which is always good, the only person I had any contact with is the lady who checked me in so can’t comment on any others.

My friend and I stayed here for one night. We were down for a night out. The hotel was lovely and clean. The room was large and clean. My bed was comfy.. The bathroom was roomy and spotless. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was lovely. Plenty of choice. The only thing I would change is a plug nearer the mirror. I will definitely recommend it, and I will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here many times and always enjoy our stays. As usual the room was spotless with plenty of tea, coffee etc. The room was warm and plenty of hot water for the shower. Breakfast was excellent as always. Lots of choice and definitely worth the money. We started and ended our nights in the bar. Alan, who runs the bar is a very funny and friendly bloke. This time we were in a group of 10., a mixed group of friends, some who had stayed here before and others who hadn’t. We will all be booking again soon..

Wow, what a surprise - In a Good Way. Went to our room and it was clean, nice comfy bed (a little small but for what was paid and needed for is ideal) and a good selection of drinks (Coffee, Tea, Hot Choc and Water as well as decaf). The location is excellent as it has a tram stop right across the road plus free parking on the front or on the road, although advice is get there early to bag yourself a space on the front. The breakfast selection was second to none All the cooked breakfast items, loads of cereals. Cereal bars, fruit, yogurt. You name it they have it. Had a great nights sleep ready for another day in Blackpool.
