EXCELLENT HOTEL we have had another great stay at the RUSKIN HOTEL the changes that have been made are BRILLIANT the entertainment lounge is bigger and more seats been added the staff that work at the RUSKIN HOTEL are excellent from reception staff you have raj been great with me when I needed help such a hard working staff member and RACHEL so friendly all ways said morning always there to help when needed thank you for your help and STEPH was excellent always said hello STEPH works so hard always had time to so hello thanks STEPH and LYN we have known LYN from the first time we came to the RUSKIN hotel back in 2009 and evening now LYN has always WELCOMES ME and my family and welcomes everyone thankyou LYN and there was a new reception staff member was so friendly always enjoy chats with him is name is RICHARD was really friendly a great staff member THE BAR STAFF AT THE RUSKIN HOTEL THEY ARE HARLEY GREAT BAR TEAM MEMBER and supports BLACKPOOL FC LIKE I DO enjoyed talking to HARLEY GOOD HARD WORKER CHICO WHAT A LOVELY GUY EVEN KNEW WHAT DRINK I WANTED THANKS CHICO AND BECKY WAS GREAT BAR TEAM MEMBER PUT A LOT HOURS IN ALWAYS HAD TIME TO TALK AND JORDAN A GREAT BAR TEAM MEMBER ALWAYS THERE WHEN I NEEDED HELP WITH MY DRINKS TO TAKE THEN OVER TO MY TABLE THANKS JORDAN AND CHRISTINE WAS GREAT IN THE ENTAINMENT ROOM WORKED SO HARD THANKS CHRISTINE AND KYLE WAS EXCELLENT ALWAYS SMILED FROM WHEN WE CAME INTO THE ENTAINMENT AND WHEN WE LEFT THANKS KYLE AND ANOTHER GREAT BAR STAFF MEMBER JANISE WAS EXCELLENT IN ROLYS BAR WHEN WE HAD EATEN IN ROLYS CAME TO ASK IF EVERTHING WAS ALRIGHT WAS SO KIND THANKS JANISE THE RESTAURANT STAFF WAS EXCELLENT LEAD BY LEWIS SUCH A KIND WORKER IM PLEASED NOW THAT LEWIS IN CHARGE WELL DONE LEWIS THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT BUFFET STYLE EVERTHING WAS WELL PRESENTED ALWAYS LIKE BREAKFAST AT THE RUSKIN THE BAR MEALS WE HAD EVERY NIGHT WERE GREAT THE ROOMS AT THE RUSKIN HOTEL START FROM PREMIER ROOMS TO KING SIZE ROOMS AND STANDARD ROOMS WE ALWAYS HAVE THE STANDARD ROOMS ARE GREAT WE HAVE GOT ROOM 222 AGAIN IN SEPTEMBER MY FAVOURITE ROOM AT THE BACK OF THE HOTEL THE FRONT ROOMS ARE GREAT I LIKE THE REAR ROOMS ARE QUIET ALL ROOMS ARE CLEANED TO A HIGH STANDARD SPOTLESS HOTEL THE HOUSEKEEPERS ARE ALWAYS CLEANER THE HOTEL ALL DAY TO ALWAYS HAVE IT SPOTLESS WELL DONE THE PORTER SERVICES ARE GREAT LEAD BY OZ AND BRANDON WORK SO HARD WELL DONE ENJOYED TALKING TO OZ AND BRANDON THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME WITH MY CASES THE ENTAINMENT TEAM ARE GREAT SEAN AND LUCY WERE GREAT REALLY FUNNY COMPARE NEVER SEEM MAURICE WAS ON HOLDAY THE ENTERTAIMENT EVERY NIGHT WAS GREAT ENJOYED THE FOUR DS MY FAVOURITE WAS HELEN O NEILL WAS EXCELLENT SUCH A GREAT SINGING VOICETHANK YOU HELEN I BROUGHT FIVE BOXES RUSKIN OWN BOXES OF FUDGE THANKS RUSKIN HOTEL FOR ANOTHER GREAT STAY SEE YOU AGAIN IN SEPTEMBER 2024 FROM KEITH DONALDSON IN WHITEHAVEN CUMBRIA

As always, anther warm welcome from the super friendly staff to begin our stay. The newly refurbished, larger reception area is absolutely stunning, to a ‘boutique hotel’ standard. The staff always go above and beyond their duties to make our stay extra special. Room, very clean and comfortable as always. Food excellent, and the breakfast is just unbelievably good! Great value all round makes the Ruskin Hotel always our first choice when staying in Blackpool

I was invited to stay complimentary. Wow this hotel is stunning everywhere looks gorgeous. Love the purple decor it makes it feel regal. Check in was quick we went to our room we had a Premier room, it was beautiful we could see the Tower from our room I do love a room with a view. Bed was very comfy, bathroom was a good size, we had a coffee machine & a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Breakfast is buffet plenty of it good food too very tasty, we had evening meals included to ooh they were delicious it felt like you were dining at a fancy expensive restaurant. There is nightly entertainment on but as it was during the Illuminations we were out every night. Staff were excellent & so friendly all looked smart as well in their uniforms. I hope to go back to stay again soon It's a little bit of luxury in Blackpool it would be worth every penny.

The Ruskin stood out as far superior than other surrounding properties in the area.

The Ruskin Hotel was first class as were the staff. They always had a warm smile that made you feel welcome Our experience from start to finish was great and the hotel kept us updated with any information of our upcoming stay. My family stayed in 2 premier rooms which were excellent. The only thing that would have helped would be a small fridge for milk for a child.

We stayed at the Ruskin as part of a coach trip to Blackpool (fresh air and fun). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the food was excellent with plenty of different choices and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Very happy with our holiday and we will definitely be back!

As a large group of musicians with supporters we have been staying at the Ruskin in May for over 10 years. It gets better every year, the friendly staff go above and beyond to look after us, nothing is too much trouble. The quality of food is excellent and plentiful, the location is perfect for exploring the local attractions. Thanks once again to the Ruskin, especially Nicola and all the staff, see you next year.
