The Beechcliffe Hotel - over 35's Only

Wow.. what can I say about the Beechcliffe hotel. Lovely owners spotlessly clean very comfortable beds breakfast is amazing and ample parking. Lorraine and Bryan welcomed us with open arms, nothing was too much trouble. Full of information about restaurants days out and what’s going on in Blackpool also recommended the trams to go to town. With the stop only 300 yards away and the beach roughly 500 yards away. We will definitely go back and stay again.

Had another great stay at this gem of a guest house. Lorraine and Bryan are an amazing hosts.Think it's about 6/7 times we've stayed here over the years nothing is too much trouble. The freshly cooked breakfast by Byran is scrumptious 😋 The rooms are spacious and clean with the usual complimentary tea tray.The bonus is they have off street parking. Overall we rate it 10/10 Thank you Lorraine and Bryan for looking after us again. Hope to be back again at your amazing guest house. Frank and Joan from high Wycombe 😍

Wonderful stay - lovely friendly small hotel, great hosts so welcoming, very comfortable and clean rooms, perfect location a minute from the prom and trams but set back from the hustle. Lovely breakfasts (inc veggie) and parking too. Stayed with my elderly parents and it was perfect. Thanks for a great stay.

Fabulous gem of a guest house, private parking, short walk to tram and buses, stayed in downstairs room, lovely size with big window very clean and warm. Lorraine & Bryan couldn't have been more welcoming, perfect breakfast with a good choice, all fresh & tasty, looking forward to visiting again.!!!!

We came with a man we support. And The Beechcliffe couldn't have been any better. Excellent hosts, excellent accommodation, stellar breakfast!! Nothing is too much trouble. 10/10 would recommend!! Close to all amenities. Super fresh and clean. Loved it here ill be back xxx

Another great stay with Lorraine and Brian . Clean and comfortable bed and breakfast. Both make us feel so welcome and the breakfast is excellent great produce and cooked to perfection . Wouldn’t like to go anywhere else for a Blackpool break

Been staying here now for about 4 yrs. Lorraine & Bryan are amazing hosts,and more like family now.The rooms are well decorated and very comfortable,Bryans breakfasts are to die for,freshly cooked to your liking.The bonus is they have off street parking aswell.Would highly recommend this amazing hotel.Looking forward to our next holiday in Blackpool.Thank you Lorraine and Bryan.

Really enjoyable stay.Parked the car and left it as we purchased cheap tram tickets. Accommodation was really comfortable,great breakfast and friendly host. Quiet part of the town but convenient for trams so could get up and down the seafront easily.Highly recommended.

Arrived early and was met by Lorraine who informed us the room was ready. Having filled in the necessary paperwork and exchanged pleasantries with Bryan, Lorraine showed us up to our comfortable room. Fully equipped with a hospitality tray, tv, adequate storage, double and single bed. Ensuite consists of a very good electric shower soap and shower gel (room 3). Breakfast is cereal, fruit juices, substantial full English or any deritive of the full english, toast, jams. On site parking, public transport within 5 minutes walk to promenade. Also there is a bus route one street down (Warbek Drive) into Blackpool or Cleverlys. All in all an excellent b and b, we would like to say( only on personal taste) the mattress was too soft and the duvet too heavy, but you cannot please everyone. We wish Bryan and Lorraine continued success and will return next time we are in Blackpool. Would certainly recommend to everyone.
