Nice hotel tidy and comfortable everything there what was needed will definitely stay here again when visiting blackpool Right in the centre of everything

Our stay far exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable and the people were great.

Clean, comfortable family room. Owners were very nice. Would definitely book again.

Food was fabulous, but our waitress (her name was Ion) was underwhelming, undertrained, and wasn’t interested. (Attitude). We had the Truffle Twinky Brioche, very good, 2 of 3 fabulous, 3rd, dry and inconsistent with the others. The Ceviche was wonderful. The salad, was just a salad. Main course of Snapper and Chicken Pasta were all flavorable and delightful. Great intense flavors. The wine list was very reasonable, but very limited in scope. The owner/Chef (David) was gracious and visited our, and many tables. If we would have comparable and trained service staff, it would have been a delight. Our server was more interested in her personal conversation near the kitchen, and hiding in the private dining room to text on her phone, then being attentive. If you get a server named Ion, ask to move tables or get another server, she just doesn’t get it. A great dinner can only be accompanied with a full team. This is a tough location to survive, will need better staff to get it done!

Such wonderful hosts nothing too much trouble for them to do, and our small dog made great friends with their dog, Bedrooms and ensuite are very clean, and rooms are comfortable, going back in August this year

We stayed for a little overnight as a surprise to the children for valentines day. The family that own the hotel were lovely. Took time to speak to the children and were very friendly. The room (number 1) was great. It was the family room with a double, single and bunk beds. There was also lots of little touches for the family. Like a baby bath and potty. My children are 3 and 6 but thought that was a lovely little thing. The children loved having Netflix in the room, we had a lovely movie night after a long day. Having a little fridge in the room was great also as it meant we didn't need to rely on cool bags to keep the children's (allergen free) food fresh. The children loved seeing all the aminals that live at the hotel. The location of the hotel was great. Not far from the tower, beach and central pier.We would highly recommend this lovely little hotel and will be definitely staying there again on our next trip to blackpool. Thank you again for having us.

Owners very nice room was ok access good clean enough but no cooked breakfast dining room needs work but my stay was enjoyable

We arrived at the hotel hoping to drop off our bags because we knew we couldn’t check in until 2pm, the hotel was in darkness so we left and went back at 2.30, still the hotel was in darkness I phoned the number on the wall outside and a guy answered the phone we told him we had a resavation, he asked me what time and I explained the paperwork said we could check in at 2pm he said he would send someone around to let us in, we waited about 20 minutes . Someone arrived and gave us a key to the building and a key for our room. When we asked about breakfast he said they don’t provide breakfast although we had payed for breakfast upfront through hotel’s.com. Once again I phoned the number on the wall only to be told to take this up with ********** has he didn’t know why they advertised it as bed and breakfast. We were the only people staying at this hotel which was unpleasant all the rooms still had keys in the doors that’s how I know we were alone in the building. We did try our best to enjoy our stay by staying out as long as we could because there was no life at the hotel. We didn’t see any staff. We had planned to have a nightcap in the hotel but no bar. We did plan to have a sleep in but couldn’t wait to get up and leave. We couldn’t get a shower the following morning because the shower didn’t work and there was nobody there to contact to take a look at the shower Room 5 and I certainly wasn’t phoning the guy again. This stay has put me off Blackpool for ever.
