The hotel was fine and near some of the tourist amusement area. However, making me change hotel on my last night of stay for some reasons wasn't pleasant to me.

Worst hotel ever. Hotel advertises parking but this is not true as the car park is located down an unaccessible narrow alley way (our car was scraped all down the side and wing mirror cracked trying to turn into car park) asked for 50.00 cash deposit on arrival and refused room keys until this was paid. Old ******** in room, told upon arrival on the Saturday night to keep the noise down as there were families staying there ( we were a family with a 7 and 10 year old). Sunday night, parties going on until after 1am. Went dien to tell them to keep noise down tl be greeted by the same cheeky arrogant night porter. Also found a cashew nut in my daughters bedding which would be catastrophic if any of us had a nut allergy. Wardrobe unsafe to open as will topple over if opened. Breakfast advertised at £1.00 per night, must be prebooked but costs a lot more. Will be making a complaint and will NEVER stay here again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Easy check in, £50 cash deposit needed on checking in incase of any damages but got it straight back after a quick room check upon checking out. Room was a good size, clean and tidy, nice en-suite in the room too and the hotel is in a great location

We had a great stay, very warm welcome from the guy on reception and lovely room great bed and very clean we were pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews on trip adviser, I will definitely be visiting again for a cheap and cheerful weekend, ps there’s a church at the end of the road that does 24 hour parking for £7

Despite the negative reviews I read before I stayed here, I arrived with an open mind. My brother and I stayed here for 3 nights over Easter and were greeted by a lovely guy who explained everything about parking, room deposit, checkout etc. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Comfy double bed, unbelievably soft bath towel and a shower that worked a treat. Large screen tv and OK Wi-Fi. For the price we paid for a hotel in this pretty central location we were very pleased and are already thinking about returning next year. So to the bad reviewers I guess you reap what you sow.

For £10 a night parking was terrible having to drive down the tightest alley/drive way I have ever been down and long many cars have been damaged and because of none stop rain my car got stuck in the muddy grass as there is limited parking quite ridiculous I left a day early as I didn’t have anywhere to park

My daughter could not access the WiFi in her room which she was very disappointed about would not change rooms for her saying the where fully booked even though the “vacancies” light in reception stayed on ?

Do not stay here me and my family are being accused of stealing towls and other guests have being charged £25 for same reson and a cup that had a hair line crack in the cup. I am not being accused of stealing neither are my family so DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED!!!!!!!
