New Valron Hotel

As of feb.18th 2023 this hotel was not open for business although they are advertising on TRIP. When l got to the hotel l rang the info number on the door. l was instructed to walk to the nearby Blackpool Promenade hotel which l think is owned by the same people. When l arrived there l was told they had no rooms because of double bookings and at about 17.00 hrs on a saturday night l was advised to look elsewhere!! So easy! Just walk round the town ion a cold february night looking for somewhere to stay. Do not stay at either of these hotels as l heard people complaining about the cleanliness!

Absolutely shocking stay clear ... its bad its filthy taps not working shower out of order don't think it seen a hoover our wet cloth out side was full of cigarette butts couldn't see through windows they was that dirty

Stay well clear of this dump! What a hovel! Thankgod we only had to endure one night. The shared lounge is more like a room out of a drug den you see on tv. Smells like lots of cats have been using the carpet as a toilet. Needs more painting through out! The advertised bar was locked up and looked like a health and safety nightmare. The bedroom was tiny and smelly. Hot water tap in bathroom wasn’t working and if you do go take your own towels because I have bigger dish cloths at home. I’m thankful there was no breakfast because eating here would definitely of led to some sort of hospital treatment. Our saving grace was the fact it was one night and the cafe down the street, who do an amazing breakfast…awful experience

Absolutely Shocking Turned Up At Hotel Owner Told Me That The New Valron Hotel Was Currently Under Refurbishment So I Was Taken Around The Corner To Another Hotel The Owners Attitude Was Totally Unacceptable If You Don't Like It Go Now After Been Taken To My Bedroom I Sensed A Nightmare Is About To Happen I Was Right The Basement Room Felt Like -15Oc So Cold No Heating, No Working Shower , The Bed Base Split So The Bed Was Tilted Sideways, The Television Didn't Work , No Phone Network Courage Calls And Data , No WiFi In The Building, A Cracked Window Panel Holes In The Walls , 3 Nights Of Hell No Lighting In Corridors Even At Night A Place I Won't Ever Return Has False Advertisement Of A Different Hotel Sleeping On The Beech Would Of Been More Warmer And Comfortable Avoid This Hotel Not Recommended At All When Your Thinking Your Saying At A New Hotel Only To Be Placed Around The Corner Inside A Cold And Damp Old Hotel.... One Hotel To Write Off Your Seaside Trip's

0 rated when allowed in rooms filthy disgusting 🤢 no communication from owners didn't stay and when talked to worker and asked for refund was told what do you expect it's blackpool and was told to f**k off have pictures to back our story.....

This hotel is the pits booked for 29th Oct arrived at 11am to a unmanned hotel with a phone number to ring on arrival. An Asian man picked up the phone so rude. Told him we had a reservation he told me to early the cleaners are still in come back at 3pm. Went back at 3pm rang the number again a miserable man came to meet us took us in to the living room it's was filthy water bottle crushed on the floor un vacuumed carpets dirty windows dusty, he asked for a 10 pound key deposit so we asked for a receipt he changed his mind. Told us to leave the key in a bowl in the hallway when we leave in the morning we had room 16 first floor we had to walk pass dirty bed sheet un clean carpets crap and bins every where. Open the bedroom door omg dusty smell un made beds dirty sheets that was it tryed to ring him he avoid our calls he never came back to check our friends in. Even said he wouldn't stay in this hotel. Broken furniture near the front door if it fell over it would block the main entrance our main escape if they was a fire was blacked with a broken slot machine and dirty bedding piled high so no bedding had been washed fir a long time We left to find another hotel which was a cross the road beautiful. Later we saw him letting some new people in so we showed them the pictures and he told us to keep the noise down we were only talking then said "fk off" never known anything like this he then shout its Blackpool what do you expect lol we have complained to *********** for a full refund but refusing see the pictures we've taken please don't waste your money we are taking to trading standard's UK and informed the local fire deptment

No words !!!! Absolute Dump!!! turned up at 11am rang the number a very Rude Asian Man said too early to check in 3pm cleaners were in. So went and had drinks in the Manchester Pub and waited for the other 12 to turn up. Had drinks me n Shaz then walked bk no one there , rang the number waited for 5 mins for him to turn up , he said he wanted £10 deposit for the key I said ok , but I want a receipt to this he changed his mind and said keep it . No joke went to our room the pictures say it all. When the others turned up they rang him he said he was coming they waited rang him again and the rude man hung up on them. I rang him he answered I said our friends want to check in he said I will be 10 minutes , I replied you said that 15 minutes ago and by the way the cleaners have not been in, the sheets are dirty and the carpets have not seen a hoover. Needles to say he did not come bk he did not answer his fone. When he did turn up about 45 minutes later to check another couples in we were telling the couple how horrible it was inside he told us to not make noise there , in other words not to tell the couple what it was like and then swore at us to go away but not as nicely as that lovely Man, So I cannot stress enough no matter how desperate you are for a place to stay AVOID THE VALRON or NEW VALRON Trafalgar Street Blackpool !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place needs closing down asap I don't know how *********** have it on there taking people's money and I have heard that some people have not got refunds.

This hotel was terrible, shocking vile and not fit for anyone to stay in. I was meant to stay last night (29th October) with friends but the owner didn't show up for us check in. We waited as we were told over phone that he would arrive shortly but never appeared. As we waited 2 other adults were staying so they let us in. The place was filthy and disgusting. Beds were not changed and had stains on. Carpets hadn't been hoovered. Toilets stained and looked like they've not been cleaned for however long. Fire exit blocked and corridor full of dirty sheets, in bags and just in a heap. Risk assessment needs doing on this hotel. The radiator cover in entrance hanging off do could cause an accident. Later, another couple turned up to check in and we advised them not to stay, the owner did show up but was very rude and swore at us, then saying that it's Blackpool what do you expect. Just disgusting and should not allowed to have people staying. Its a health hazard. We were very lucky to find somewhere else and thankfully enjoyed our stay in Blackpool. I would absolutely recommend that NOBODY stays here and this hotel should definitely be closed to the public.

well just got back from Blackpool, we had booked into the New Valron hotel :( the place had not been cleaned the rooms where filthy we had to ask for towels and toilet paper. it is by far the worst place we could have stayed in. I and the 13 other people in our group had to refuse to stay there it was that bad. there was one guy trying book everyone in 2 hotels at the same which was a night mare, the people who had not paid up front were asked to go and look at there rooms if they were happy to stay in them they could then pay???? most refuse and walked out because the rooms were all so dirty
