Weather was cold but room was warm .Left alone to *** and go as i need not having to greet owner every morning and afternoon . Self service kitchenet was a great idea with coffee machine toasters and microweavy ,thanks Nigela.all in all enjoyed my stay and will stay again if a single room is available.🤠😎

Hosts went above and beyond to cater for our large family party of 11. Rooms were clean and excellent value for money. Can’t really find fault. Buffet breakfast was as good as I’ve had in major hotels. One street back from seafront meant easy access to the Golden Mile. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay with a family in Blackpool for an amazing price.

Great hotel Great location Room was lovely and large Breakfast very nice and fresh and good ingredients. Parked at Blackpool rovers fc at 16 pounds for 24 hrs - probably could have got space on road but busy as BH weekend. Ate at village pizzeria- best kebab ever .

It was comfortable, neat, quiet, and serene.
Mr Colsen is a very friendly and welcoming person. And always ensured my comfort was ok.

We knew it would be a basic room. And only paid £33 for one night. Room was clean carpets could do with a deep clean. Bed was comfortable and clean.
