We checked out 10 minutes after checking in because the room was filthy. I went to the room as my husband was parking the truck and trailer, I set my purse down on the table next to the bed and noticed that there was visible dirt on the bedspread, I needed to use the restroom, so I went there and after that I walked out to the sink to wash my hands and noticed that the sink area was dirty as well, so I thought to myself, we're not staying here, it's filthy dirty everywhere, so I decided to use tissues to dry my hands because I wanted to use something clean. The whole box of tissues were wet, like baby wipes wet, which totally grossed me out! I walked back over to the bed to get my purse and looked at both beds better and they were both stained and had visible dirt on them, looked up above the 1 bed and the ceiling was literally falling apart and apparantly falling on the bed. When my husband came into the room, I showed him everything and he said we're not staying here. It took the desk guy 15 minutes to process our refund and check-out. Was very disappointed with our experience at the Baymont by Wyndham Blackwell I-35!!
