This was my fourth return visit to this hotel which is always clean and supported by friendly staff. The accommodation block is set across the car park from the restaurant/pub which means you are not disturbed by noise in the evenings. You can access the hotel without going through the one way system in Aberystwyth if you wish but the centre is still within very easy walking distance. Will be coming again no doubt.

staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. the food at Starling is great for any meals.
the bed was comfy, room service was 10/10, they had a nice spread of coffees & teas and biscuits for us.
the room was extremely clean.

The room is spacious, and it is safe to enter and exit by swiping a card. It is close to a steam train station. The whole room is very quiet, and the temperature is controlled by central air conditioning. The stay experience is good and it is suitable for family travel.

Absolutely love Aberystwyth it was our first time staying here and fair to say will be back. It accommodated for our family of four the beds were comfy to sleep on the kids loved it had a fabulous view (in the front) my little one loved watching the cars go past !

Very friendly service. Food was amazing. Never felt rushed. There was a young lad came in at one point who had an accident on his bike, he was crying and hyperventilating. Jess, one of your amazing staff members, took control of this, she calmed him down and got a drink and contacted the young lads parents...all while apologising to me for having to wait a little longer for service ! We are not from the area but when we do return we will definitely be going back and will recommend to anyone else.

Excellent stay good clean room comfortable bed and pillows. The on site restaurant food was outstanding the staff were friendly polite and very helpful.

An excellent roast dinner, nicely presented and delicious. A refreshingly different range of desserts (though the inevitable chocolate brownie and sticky toffee pudding were still in evidence). The rich caramel tart was gorgeous. The barman and the waiter who served us were both very pleasant and endlessly helpful. Nice to see the Pride flags on display in the pub

The service was very good, but was slow due to lack of sufficient staff. The staff were working so hard to keep up, but we still had to wait too long for our food - which was very good. Unfortunately, my main complaint was the state of the floor. It had obviously not been cleaned for quite a while and was rather unpleasant not just under our table but also under many of the other tables we could see.
