Het Clarion Aparthotel Toulouse Blagnac Airport scoort slechts één ster vanwege ernstige tekortkomingen en een onaangename ervaring. - Kamers vertonen duidelijke tekenen van veroudering en bieden niet het comfort dat gasten verwachten, met smalle en harde bedden die een goede nachtrust in de weg staan. - Het meest verontrustend is de behandeling in het restaurant. Ondanks een contractuele overeenkomst die aangaf dat een groep tot 22:00 uur kon dineren, werd deze groep al om 21:00 uur geweigerd door een manager die naliet om klantgericht te handelen. Dit resulteerde in een onnodige en frustrerende zoektocht naar alternatieve eetgelegenheden op een industrieterrein. Deze grove nalatigheid van het management ondermijnt het vertrouwen van gasten en schaadt de reputatie van het hotel.

Notre séjour c’est très bien passé: confort des chambre, propreté, belle décoration, services attendus.
Solution trouvée suite panne sauna. Personnels bienveillants et compréhensibles.
On a senti que notre satisfaction était leur priorité.

The folks at check in were fantastic and quite frendly, they did what they could.
Booked hotel as there was a on property restaurant, a spa with sauna and heated swimming pool. The restaurant was closed, the sauna nor steam room were working and the heated swimming pool would be great if I was a Polar Bear. In addition, the TV in the room would just stop working and mysteriously start working again after several hours had passed.
