Nous avions 2 chambres. Une avait une drôle d'odeur d'humidité et la 2e avait l'air climatisé défectueuse. La plupart du personnel était courtois à l'exception d'une personne à l'accueil le soir. Arrogante et passe des commentaires car nous sommes revenus a nous chambres après minuits. Cela est pour moi un manque de respect.

Absolute disgrace of a hotel and for the Wyndham brand. Don’t book this place at all. They will take your money then cancel your reservation just before checkin mentioning a vague reason, making it look like it was your fault, whereas they don’t have rooms available. The staff is ******. Canceled our prepaid reservation that was made will in advance stating that your CC didn’t work, 2 hours before checkin time, when we called to ask why they disconnected without answer. When we reached the hotel, they threatened to have security make us leave and said we will call the cops and you won’t be spending the night in a hotel but instead in a jail.
