Very disappointing lunch, the autumn flavor dessert is such a heterogeneous mixture that it is inedible, the mushroom ice cream with chocolate??? very expensive wine no empathy from the restaurateur because faced with our astonishment at the announcement of the dessert her only response is indeed it's strange....

Un Grand Voyage réalisé au rythme d'une belle vague tel un Mascaret, qui nous a emmené découvrir d'excellentes saveurs tout au long de cette dégustation ponctuée de notes fruitées et épicées. Le service était de qualité et attentionné. Un moment très agréable du début à la fin !

Suite superbe au niveau superficie, literie excellente, décoration un peu clinquante et entretien à améliorer (la fenêtre du salon ne s'ouvrait pas et une tringle de voilage était cassée).

Welcome reception. Room was a little odd with a glass fronted bathroom which didn't offer a great deal of privacy. Bed was comfortable enough. The door hinges could have done with a good bit of WD40 as they kept creaking in the night (even when shut).
We had some drinks downstairs which felt very overpriced. 10eur for an apple juice for our 4yr old daughter!
Breakfast was so odd. We received a call informing us that breakfast was ready. When we came down to the table, it was only set up for 2 people (we are a family of 4, admittedly one is 1 yr old and didn't need a full breakfast, but an extra yoghurt might have been nice).We asked for a 3rd croissant and were denied because they are only made according to order. Surely they could have the odd spare.The prices they charge for breakfast should allow that.
The breakfast spread was a bewildering and confusing assembly of things that you didn't know were sweet or savory. I have never been greeted with a smoked piece of duck for breakfast alongside my coffee, pastries and jams. And I hope that never happens to me again. Surely it would make sense to ask us whether we wanted a continental or a savory breakfast first so that half the stuff is not left on the table. We are curious and non fussy eaters generally and hate waste, but it was such a strange assor**ent of flavours that couldn't possibly go together, meaning half was left. The 2 croissants we did have were delicious and the fruit salady thing with the yoghurt was lovely.

This place is not near the sea and so required a drive to find restaurants! Nice reception, we were upgraded to a large suit. Nice breakfast was served in room

Restaurant qui ne mérite absolument pas l'étoile Michelin : cuisine quelconque et boissons hors de prix. Hôtel : chambre "La vie en rose" totalement kitsch avec une salle de bains d'il y a 50 ans. Petit-déjeuner hors de prix ( 25 €) avec des "mélanges" peu engageants porteurs d'allégations santé qui confinent à l'exercice illégal de la pharmacie. Une longue visite des inspecteurs Michelin s'impose.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits à l Hôtel Le Mascaret à Blainville-sur-Mer. Notre chambre était gigantesque, la déco étonnante et chaleureuse. Le personnel très professionnel et adorable. Un petit déjeuner extraordinaire, Champion du monde des petits déjeuners !!!! Bref, un séjour très très agréable, on reviendra. Merci pour votre extrême gentillesse.

Tout n’est que plaisir : des plats à la perfection, un personnel agréable et professionnel, et le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Nous y retournerons quand nous serons à nouveau dans la région. Bravo au chef et une mention + pour ce dessert autour de la pomme avec oseille, sans oublier les petites attentions gustatives de Madame Hardie au cours du repas … merci à vous

Malgré les explications de la maitresse de maison, les tarifs pratiqués ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur des prestations. Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner proposent des plats très originaux, encore faut il y adhérer..Petit déjeuner à 25 euros.. Les produits locaux sont hors de prix à Blainville, surtout le beurre! Le prix du vin , jamais vu aussi cher et pourtant nous venons de Bourgogne. Les chambres ne valent absolument pas les prix. Elles sont très originales (il faut aimer les mélanges). Notre chambre est un studio, avec un évier, frigo, four mais sans vaisselle. La baignoire au milieu de la chambre n'est pas pratique du tout, en face d'une fenêtre. De grands panneaux rideaux qui ne sont pas occultants.. Le personnel est très agréable, en particulier une dame au petit déjeuner. Désolant de constater que de proposer du local et un service correct, est une excuse pour pratiquer des tarifs exhorbitants .
