This place is top notch. So very peaceful and excellent hospitality. Location fabulous and we appreciate the time given to us at a very busy season in the farming calendar. Breakfast was a joy too. Comfortable, clean and warm.Thank-you Morag and David.

Family run friendly clean cosy wonderful establishment in a silent beautiful location...a peaceful happy warm haven. We truly loved our stay here. It was like home from home. We felt safe and cared for and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms had everything you needed and were warm and comfortable. A sitting room is also available to watch tv etc or socialise. The breakfast was delicious and the welcome was warm and friendly. We would 100% recommend it and would return again for certain.

This is a fabulous bed and breakfast on a working farm in beautiful countryside. Morag is an excellent hostess who is extremely friendly and helpful. Tea, coffee and homemade cookies on arrival, beautiful comfortable bedrooms and an excellent Scottish breakfast. Would thoroughly recommend for an overnight stay or longer.

If you you want to go to a place where there is almost no noice you should go here .the owners are so very nice and take time for you. Breakfast is very good The building is so nice. You can,t see it from the road because of all the trees. A lot of wild life around too A place were you can walk and visit nice villages. You realy should visit this peacefull place Carol and Franklin
