Having such a nice restaurant by the lake was a an excellent surprise food and service were great. Totally worth the time spent at The Ridge.

The room was clean, well decorated and new. The bed was very comfortable. We had a little problem with a noisy neighbor and reported it to the property manager who took care of it immediately. It would be good if the walls were more sound proof. We did have an adjoining door to the room beside us, which let a lot of sound in our room. They did a great job refurbishing the motel. The property manager was great!

Beautiful place with wonderful views. Check-in service was quick and helpful. Room was super clean. Not all services were available due to weather.

Here for our Honeymoon and this is the 2nd day without water!! The front desk keeps saying...it should be on shortly but we don't know when. So in the lobby where the coffee is, no coffee this morning. You would have thought someone from the staff would have gotten bottled water to make it but no.

Joey at Marina station was a great server. He was attentive and timely. Very friendly and polite. We enjoyed our meal. We were sad that you ran out of banana pudding, but that is not Joey ‘s fault. The music was a tad loud for singo, however it was fun to play.

Resort is in need of updates, maintenance, and deep cleaning! We have visited and stayed at the Ridges a few times over the years and have enjoyed it in the past. Our recent visit however was a huge disappointment. The resort’s lobby was dark, dingy, and outdated. The carpets in the stairways were disgusting. The room smelled of mildew, the carpet was dirty, the deck had serious cobwebs and rotten wood and the bathroom was not what I would call clean at all! It was definitely not up to par with the pricing. Unless there is a major overhaul of this “resort” we will not be back.

Great Hotel! We walked around the lake and we went to the Marina for dinner. It was delicious! We had a concert at the Anderson Music Hall. After the concert, we drove to the hotel. We really loved it! It was convenient, but just enough, so it was quiet and all by myself.
