Great customer service and very clean…

The stay would have been better had the floors been mopped clean. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. The ice machine on the property was broken.

The motel was particularly loud during our stay because our room was under the stairwell. When we realized this was going to be a problem we asked for a different room. But unfortunately management denied our request because the bedspread had been turned down and housekeeping wasn’t available to fix it. Also they said the motel was completely booked and there were no other rooms. I’ve added a photo of the parking lot taken at 8:49 pm of this crowded motel. Keep in mind I checked in around 4 pm and it was even more vacant. We’ve stayed at this motel many times and was pleased to see it’s been renovated. But the bathroom door didn’t close without slamming it and there’s no toilet paper holder on the wall, which I thought was awkward. Also, the room had four coffee cups, but no coffee maker, and no bath mat, just a towel. It didn’t feel like a $100 per night motel. This is one of the few motels in town and they don’t have to put a lot of effort into customer service. That combined with the subpar breakfast resulted in an unpleasant stay this time.

Nothing unique bit quite clean and the shower waterbl pressure was excellent! Bring water to drink cause therevwasnt any in a 10m radius and the vending machine was out

Bed bugs

It was great and they were friendly and helpful.

Hotel was very clean. Lvp flooring, no carpet. Bathroom was updated and very clean too.... Staff for check in/out were friendly and nice

Within the first 30 minutes of check-in, I saw 5-6 roaches crawling around in my room, along with roach feces. I asked to change rooms and after convincing the front desk staff roaches were all in my room, I was allowed to change rooms.
