The service was very good.
I was satisfied with the ample amenities.
You need a car or bus to get to the hotel, so it might be a bit difficult for people coming from far away by train.

Looking at the hotel reviews, there seems to be a mix of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, so I think it's a case-by-case basis.
I think I was in a bad room. The renovated room next door looked relatively clean, but my room had very old and outdated furniture.
It was a room with a balcony, but it was more like a terrace with poor security than a balcony. It was the first room on the first floor.
The toilet paper in the bathroom was just an empty container that was left over after using up all the toilet paper. It was so absurd. I wondered if it wasn't a room that the employees used as a bathroom.
It was the first room as soon as I came up the hallway.
Breakfast and parking were okay, but cleanliness was a problem.

Slightly older hotel but very well located (2-3 mins from bus terminal up a slope) and near restaurants. Great if you are taking public transport. Spa was lovely!

Mixed experience: the hotel rooms that have not been modernized are really old and not nice anymore. The reception staff is a bit peculiar. On the other hand: a really good breakfast buffet with great staff and a location within walking distance to Lake Bled.
