Very good location, a lot of restaurants nearby, the staff at front desk is very nice. The room is clean and comfortable.
The room is clean and tidy, the front desk service attitude is very good, the hotel location is good, you can walk to Macy's, NORDSTORM, LV, GUCCI, Tiffany. There is a Chinese restaurant PFCHANG not far from the front door of the hotel

Parking and check in process was smooth and quick. However, the room was musty, carpet was severely stained, bedding was torn, shower door had visible mold, trash from previous customers was left in random areas on the floor. Furniture was also damaged. No towels at pool, asked multiple times and was completely disregarded by hotel staff. After waiting for over an hour and checking back with him a few more times, we ended up having to go from the pool back to our room on the 4 th floor dripping wet. I’ve stayed at hotels for half this cost and had better service and cleaner rooms.

We didn't spend the night. We dropped in for the buffet ware we were greeted by a kind friendly staff. Patric as I was saying made us omelets that were absolutely amazing. You have remarkable employees that really go out of the way to enhance your guests experiences. Along with an ellagant scenery of the grounds all for a reasonable price.

The breakfast was five star! Chef Anthony Gail makes a breakfast pizza that will rival any Top chef! The bread was crispy and the sausage gravy as the base was EGGcellent! The staff is attentive and care to so needs small and large. We even forgot a shaving kit and concierge bright one right up. This hotel brings a level of luxury that just keeps us coming back.

Stop letting little kids in hot tub!
Don’t stay here if the hot tub is an important amenity. It was full of kids age 3-8. Super loud pool. Impossible to relax there at all.
