Dragon Hotel and Resort

Booked into a room at this hotel for over a month for business and am disgusted by the lack of interest of the staff regarding complaints. I leave extremely early for work and I was trying to sleep as normal people do at 03:00am when the guests in the next room came back to their room at 03:10 extremely intoxicated and proceeded to make a lot of noise, when I asked them politely to keep it down I was told very aggressively to call reception if I have a problem and then proceeded to play extremely loud music for over an hour. I called reception on four different occasions to complain and was told security will handle it. Eventually I was told by reception that I must change rooms at 04:15 in the morning because the people making this extreme disturbance “are not ready to understand”. I am disgusted with the lack of concern for the hotel’s clients’ rights to a peaceful environment when guests and companies is spending so much money on rooms for extended periods of time.

The food was very delicious and the staff (Shibu & Stephan) were vey nice and polite and good service, definitely visiting the restaurant again

We sent three email in advance regarding transport from the airport but had no response. On arrival at the airport at 2215, we called them and they eventually sent someone. We were shown to a room overlooking an area where they were clearly building. We were then shown two more rooms - and finally chose one overlooking the pool but with some signs of external work. We were tired and they agreed to make a better offer the following morning. We were the only guests at breakfast, which was good. There was no buffet due to Ramadan but we were well served. The breakfasts were the best part of our stay! We went back to reception, where we were offered a villa over the other side of the bridge - so not close to either the pool or restaurant. As we were just staying one more night, and they said there would be no more work outside, we decided to stay where we were. We asked for information about good guides - it took them so long to come back, we had already made arrangements . However, they continued to work both in the mornings and evenings and we complained again and again. We asked for compensation but the only thing they offered was a free buffet dinner and free transit to the airport. We emailed again asking for the name of the GM but still have not had a reply. Their customer service is applorable. Had they told us in advance that they were refurbishing rooms and external areas during Ramadan, we would have booked elsewhere....we had been on the move for 10 days and were looking for a relaxing couple of day - NO chance of that. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Recently we visited your Friday brunch, it was very amazing. We really enjoyed your food & service specially Jeewan and John. I found lots of variety in buffet.Your hotel has one of the best view . Once again thank you guys. We will love to see you again.

Food was amazing, hospitality specialy by jenny was excellent, we will be permanent customer because of her .we found our lost , thank you jenny for your great service. I wish all the best to you and your management . Thank you very much very much

Been in this hotel for several times and I do appreciate the hospitality of the server named Anne,she is super extraordinary,she never change the level of her service to us.alone of the reason we keep coming back as well.thank you for that Anne.

Its really amazing place to visit,nice view and nice staff.Special mention to Anne,she always introduce the new promotions to us whenever we visit the place.And the way she take care of us are really good,she knows what we want unless we change our order.Thanks to the manager who takes care of the staff
