Very welcoming with Staff full of hospitality and clean as well. Good security. Avail dstv programs not Netflix only.

Management is poor.reception area of hotel is beautiful.staff unfriendly,rooms not up to standard.we were given old washed out towels,shower area filthy,bedding smelly and the mattress absolutely uncomfortable,breakfast not up to standard.it was the worst night ever spent in any hotel.i would never recommend this place.

I absolutely love staying here when I travel - it is clean, cost effective and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly and looks after their clients well. Thank you for making me feel at home.

I have stayed at City Living a few times, and as always the service is excellent. I have not eaten here but if their customer care is anything to go by I can only imagine it is of the same high attention to detail. Thank you guys and well done!

Upon arrival there was a note apologising for various issues including cleanliness and lack of maintenance. If I had known this when booking I may have made a different choice. Guests were noisy without consequences from management which made sleeping difficult.

The management was not able to deal with guests who were drunk and making noise, as result we couldn't sleep both nights. The rooms were comfortable and we really enjoyed the breakfast and the location

Thankfully we packed our own pillows and towels. That should some up the review. If we were able to rate the location separately it would be a 4. The bed is literally a normal double bed with undersize bedding. Some maintenance is needed in the room we stayed in especially the bathroom.

the morning fish oil smell it is horrible, and the top window in the room is scary... and brings morning light harshly. For a so called Boutique hotel, they do not have most of the needed services, like no ice one needs to go out and buy at the nearest garage.

I booked 2 Rooms at the hotel from 19 March to 22 March 2022 for my wife,daughter and Myself! Upon arrival we found that there was no water after speaking to the staff it was clear that they did not have backup water tanks and could not assure me as to when the water would be back! At this point I told them that we are going to dinner and if the water was not back when we get back we wil be forced to ask for a refund. When getting back from dinner there was water after inspection of the room we found the laundry and towels to be in a horrible state dirty and the towels were torn in both rooms, in my daughters room there were rotting teabags in the kettle.At this point we Decided to find another place to stay! After months of trying to get my refund I have now decided to name and shame City Living Boutique Hotel in Bloemfontein! I will not be referring anyone to stay there! On numerous occasions I have asked to speak to the owners only to hear we are not allowed to give out there contact Details!
