The hotel is beautiful, it’s located in the CBD close to all amenities. I think it’s rated a 3 star hotel only because of its location, otherwise it would have been fit for a 5 star if it was in the northern suburbs of Bloem. Our stay was lovely, the room was cosy, the staff very friendly. The only thing that was a turn off was the noisy air-con that took forever to warm up the room. The food was also not that good.

The front desk was friendly and professional. The room was clean and cozy, and the bedding was very comfortable. The bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas. The breakfast was rich in variety and the transportation was convenient. The overall experience was excellent and it is worth recommending. The only drawback is that breakfast ordering is not supported on Ctrip, and breakfast needs to be purchased separately at a price of 210 rand.

The hotel is in a prime location with a large shopping mall nearby, but it is recommended to return to the hotel before dark. It is very close to the National Museum and only takes a dozen minutes to drive to the airport. The room facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast is good.

no sockets in bathroom for shaver or electric toothbrush. Had shower used towel. When wife went for shower realised no towel. Only had one towel. Took 20 mins to get a towel by which time it was too late. Went to dry hair the hairdryer couldn't be taken out of the drawer as it was jammed. Had to get another hairdryer. No fridge in the room. Unbelievable. Lack of toiletries. Only hand soap.

We stayed here overnight as a stop over as part of our KZN to CPT road trip. The room was spotless and spacious. The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly. Will be staying here again

Every single staff member was professional, friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless and spacious with a comfy bed, just what was needed after being on the road. Breakfast was a feast, an array of dishes to choose from, and all beautifully presented. We made use of room service for dinner and the meal arrived promptly, warm and tasty. Highly recommended if you’re stopping over in Bloemfontein.

Not a business hotel. Parking a nightmare. No seated bar. Locals using it as a party spot. Loud music from cars parked at the front door. Breakfast actually ok. WiFi intermittent. Basins clogged up. Very unsafe area! No training facilities. Staff tried hard to make it better, but clearly management does not support their efforts.
