Decorated based on Tin Tin, the Monarque hotel becomes immediately a unique hotel. The area and the breakfast are definitely two solids to consider it as a totally recommend.

I had booked a room with a queen and got a room with 2 small beds.
This is not a hotel for people who are out of shape. Too many stairs. We go up, down and then back up to reach the third floor.

On the occasion of a concert. Very late arrival but very easy access. Air conditioning broken for days at 37 degrees so difficult to sleep. No possibility of leaving it open because it is too noisy on the street. Comfortable and very clean rooms. Very welcoming staff. The only downside is no parking spaces and the requirement for a parking meter outside. For hotel guests it would be good to offer a parking ticket system or offer parking hours included in the room price...
