I was traveling to Branson, taking some special food items for my family and needed a refrigerator overnight. I reserved a room that specifically had a fridge. I took everything down the long hallway to the elevator and up to the room only to find the refrigerator was not cold nor was it getting cold enough to keep the food safe over night. The staff said they could replace it in the morning which defeats my purpose of keeping the food safe. They were kind enough to let me keep it in their fridge until morning. Thank you for your service and helpfulness.

Do not stay in room 220, whatever is next to the bed will knock all day and night long and you will not get any sleep. Property is great, especially for the price, just wish I could have slept.

Horrible experience! Room leaked all night from rain. Ceiling showed signs of previous damage from leaks. They gave us the wrong room keys and we explained to staff in morning about issues. He was clueless on what to do. Said he’d let someone else know. Got a follow up call later that day saying we left our luggage in the room…had to explain once again that we were given the wrong keys. No follow up from GM. Breakfast was gross. Coffee was not good either. We will never stay at this hotel again.

The staff were great! Very friendly. But it Wasn’t the nicest as far cleanliness. Our room on the 2nd floor was not cleaned fully. The bathroom had a contact from someone previously on the floor, multiple handles hanging lose, the pillows were odd and not even regular sized. Never seen that before. Over all it was an okay stay. The free breakfast was nice. That seemed very clean. Most likely will not return. But it was convenient for an overnight stay.
