Here’s an honest review, the workers were all super nice! But the property is seriously dated in every aspect! It could be a gold mine, but there are zero amenities (no bar, no restaurant, no real gym and the limited drinks, snacks were pretty much out and not replenished) it smells like **** in many areas on and off when we came in and out, we were there which is fine if you don’t care. The sheets on my bed were clean but dirty. Stains were on them DO NOT put sheets onto a bed if this is the case throw them out! I was grossed out and slept in the other bed which was totally fine. The hot water didn’t work at first took about 10 mins of non-stop running for it to work. The TV is sooooo old u can barely see the images but it did work. The location was OK, you need a car if you stay here and go see IU, if they really gut this place it could be great.

Had to ask to switch out our bedding twice because the first one had a brown stain and the second one had a red stain. Check in was quick but the hallways smelled and looked exactly like a nursing home. There was black mold at the bottom of our shower curtains and red stains in the carpet. Every time we walked in the hallway the pungent smell of mildew and feces stained our noses. Had to contact housekeeping to see if they had any cutlery, which they didn’t answer so we just called the front desk and that worked. Front desk gave us evil eye when I came down to retrieve cutlery. Housekeeping tried to enter our room when we were still asleep at 9 am (3 hours before checkout) even while we kept the “no bother” sign at our front door. Luckily we double locked it so she apologized and said she had the wrong room. Overall? Horrible experience and honestly might not book another IHG hotel again. Worst experience by far.

Great and convenient hotel! Just wish the bar area would have been open. The staff mentioned it hadn't been open back up since Covid! Looked like a fun spot to hang while waiting for our Uber if it would have been open. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We did not have a tv during our stay. It was broke. Maintenance was supposed to come Saturday morning. No one ever showed.
