The room environment was okay, but there was an error in the service, but Ctrip service communication and coordination were very good, so I felt pretty good, and I can place an order with Ctrip with peace of mind.

No hot water had to take a cold shower to start a long day. No effort was made to give me anything for my inconvenience. I had a 12.00 charge from the pantry they could have at least waved that! Instead I paid full price and did not receive what I paid for.

Filthy hotel. Bed bugs attacked me the second night. Complained to hotel front desk but never received a call back from manager. 2 more calls and emails and no response. Never again at this location. Only 1 elevator working, dirty common areas. Sheets do not fit bed. Breakfast was below average. Avoid this hotel!
