Room could’ve been cleaned better. Staff was not accommodating. Walls were thin and could hear people in other rooms as well as outside. Construction noises woke us up in the morning.

Josh was very helpful on our first night. We helped us with the bathroom shower handle that we couldn’t turn off and opening the safe lock that the previous visitor locked.
The older gentleman in the morning was very helpful, friendly and smiled a lot.

I came for the for solar eclipse and the staff went above and beyond the expected and made our stay so memorable. The rooms are recently renovated and they were very clean. The hotel is close to so many different restaurants, stores, the mall and IU is less than half a mile from the hotel; All within walking distance. Big thanks to James, Josh, Rushman and the others. Next time I’m in Bloomington, you best believe I’ll be coming back here

The management charged a $100 deposit. I was told twice that this would be returned when I checked out. This sounded all wrong to me.
My deposit was not returned and I was told I would get it back on my credit card in about a week. Then the clerk warned me that a lot of people have not gotten their deposit back.
I will not stay in a Travelodge again, and I am considering not staying in any Wyndham. And I don’t plan on using ******* again. This was a ridiculous action and a horrible experience.
