I was awoken at 8am by housekeeping vacuuming for 15 minutes outside my door. Every other hotel I've ever stayed in housekeeping is done between checkout time and check in time so as not to disturb guests. I found this highly off-putting.

Good overall place to stay, that was close to the airport. But wish they would have told us ahead of time it cost money to park overnight. It should be included in the nightly fee.

You pay all the money to stay there and have to pay for everything parking breakfast the hotel is nice but paying the price to stay there and exyra fees and othera is ridiculous

Tho rooms are clean..reception staff not very pleasant,sliding door on shower not fastening,parking somewhat of a hassel-tho I registered my car-a?sticker was placed on my car asking me to pay And be prepared breakfast not included in price of the room..overall ok but could be a lot better with some tlc

We stayed here one night before flying out of MSP airport. Very nice hotel. Early shuttle available. Would definitely stay here again. They have a park and fly option.
