The workers picked and chose who they kept things open for even though the price for the activities, and we payed for the full unlimited experience, was what it was- almost $200-300
Tubeless slides hurt ur back, wear a shirt..

It’s just so overpriced for what it is. Rooms have been updated (yay!) but they changed the layout and made them smaller.

I loved how clean the hotel was. There was always a staff member mopping and vacuuming. I also loved how attentive the staff were. They were so accommodating and helped with the stress of being in a busy resort hotel.

Very much a young family with “kids” atmosphere. Lots of running and screaming in the hallways- kids in their pjs in the lobby early mornings. Elevators always busy and packed.
Room does not include an iron, ironing board or suitcase holder and the fridge barely kept the items cool— to say nothing of cold.
Rented 2 rooms and the other room had 2 hangers in the closet and 3 guests- couldn’t even each hang their winter coats up.
The water park hours were 10 am- 8 pm-I thought they would be longer especially if you planned to shop at MOA at all during the day.

So what’s awesome about this place is you can keep your kid entertained without leaving resort property. What is bothersome is that it doesn’t seem like there are any places to easily grab nutritious food. It’s mostly either bodega style food or pizza. Surprisingly the pizza isn’t bad.
Staff was really nice, they keep the property well maintained but it’s dated for sure.
Think a Disney resort got relocated to Minnesota and is now owned by chucky cheese and that’s what you have.
