You cant call the hotel directly and you will get hung up on from the number they provide from CS

It's in a good location, great for business travelers , couples for a layover or nice place to stay. It's across the street from Walmart. Close to the mall of America and right off a major bus line. Plus with in walking distance are other shops and a cpl ***** malls and right off a major hwy. Staff is very friendly and nice.

Only good for quick over night stay. Wasn't what I was expecting at all. Pictures paint a very deceptive picture. No refrigerator. No breakfast more like a snack.

I received 3 large bug bites after staying one night here was supposed to stay two night paid for two night but left after the first night. The hallways smelled very clean but the room didn’t also seem ants in the bathroom

The fridge didn't work in one suite and the standard room was quite smaller than expected, but staff was friendly, great customer service and communication. They was able to accommodate me.

Filthy rooms, sticky bathroom floor, absolutely no way to recirculate or refresh the air within the room. The air consistently felt of the humidity from the shower. The bed was not at all supportive and sunk in multiple places.

Well, first of all I would like to say something about Teja, who checked me in. He was great! He was courteous, knowledgeable and on point. He was super great and easy to work with. Then, there was Ismail... I really appreciated working with Ismail, he was super customer service ( as was Teja), and the transition from night to morning staff was seamless. Both Ismail and Teja did a super job and are the kind of staff that you need in front office, customer environment. 5 Stars! *****

Good value for single person. Basic but clean. Everything was just fine. Would stay again.
