Noisey room. Bath fan not working properly. Tiny bath. Notary electrical outlets by bed. Lacked lobby amenities. More like a Motel-6 than a Hyatt Place. Wife said breakfast looked unapetizing

Rooms felt old. Pool was freezing cold. Not a lot of places to sit for breakfast or for team mates eating together. Had to pay for parking in the hotel parking lot.

We booked a room thinking that we would get breakfast however they only serve breakfast at 7:00

The front desk female did not communicate with the airport pick-up driver correctly. She told the driver that I was at terminal 2 but I was at terminal one. It took me a full hour to get from the airport to the hotel. However, the distance is 5 miles.
She offered no apologies for her mess and rudely told me it was my mistake. The van driver, Dan, was great.
In addition, I got charged twice for the same room and dates.
