The property was very well kept and our room was spacious, well decor and comfortable! The location is great and walkable to lots of restaurants, shops and a great playground. They had an excellent breakfast every morning that both the kids and adults enjoyed. The warm, homemade blueberry muffins were the highlight of breakfast for me! The staff was all very kind and helpful. If we needed something, they were quick to provide it.

I did like my stay..but there was a few things I wasn't too bowled over with...1.the hallway in the morning was loud...I'm a late sleeper and you could hear everything going on in the hallway...2. there was no heater in the bathroom...even tho I cranked the heat up it was cold getting out of the shower...3. the heater that they did have in the room was loud..it affected my sleep a little bit but thats the way it was...its not a bad place..I enjoyed it...they have a pool....a ballroom...a restaurant...the breakfast in the morning was top notch...if they just made a few improvements it would be a super place to stay.

I liked the outdoor fireplace on the terrace at night, lovely lake with fountain and swans, the refreshing cucumber melon water by the check-in desk, comfy beds, and outstanding breakfast buffet.
