Worst service I ever experienced in te restaurant. The staff didn’t know the todays special when being asked. It took one hour to get our food and we got in different times so most of us had to eat alone. Didn’t get our drinks to our food. Would not recommended a visit to their restaurant with those prices I would think the service was ok but it was worse than I ever experienced. Super disappointed!!!

Awesome authentic Austrian hotel and restaurant. Well located in the centre of town. Super friendly staff to assist with everything.

Le bar de cette hôtel et les serveurs sont d’une mal politesse jamais vue en Autriche , nous commandons des verre pour un apéro ces dernier arrivent remplis de glaçons sans alcool mais plein de sucres, nous réclamons et le serveur nous répond que c’est comme ça. En partant la serveuse nous demande un pourboire 😳 nous lui répondons par la négative et nous insultes.

Ich hatte ein Rinderfilet auf Pfefferrahmsauce für Euro 49.00. Ich habe es Rare verlangt, aber Medium erhalten und die Pommes wahren auch trocken. Ich kann das Restaurant leider niemandem empfehlen. Es gibt bessere wo Preis/Leistung stimmen.

Tolles Team - Tolles Hotel Super Direktor Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt Kommen wieder Von der Anreise bis zum Check out - alles war perfekt organisiert. Meine Frau hatte Geburtstag - wurde vom Direktor mit einer Torte überrascht!!

We stayed here last week and honestly could not fault the hotel in any way. From the moment we checked in our room was ready (1pm) and our skis were taken to the locker room for us.
We forgot our travel kettle and the lovely lady at breakfast went out of her way to leave us a pot of hot water at 6.45 every morning.
I unfortunately had an accident so we had to stay an extra night which everyone went above and beyond to assist with.
Lovely lively apres bar right at the bottom of the slopes (at times a little annoying how long it took to get served) but nice friendly people.
Have already made enquiries about next year! Dosnt have a pool which is a shame but made up for it in every other way. Thank you!

A very nice place to stay for a couple of days.
Overall good, but some difficulties with the parking information.
Needed a Changing for the car and was recommended a garage nearby. When car was loaded we asked reception if we needed to swop to another garage, answer was when we asked it wasnt neccesary as it was same price on both a 5€ per day.
When checking out the car this was not true at all. ... this as we had asked reception more than 3 times about this...
When confronting reception & manager we was told that they never has informed about this...To argue in that sence with a customer is not a good manner. This made us very disapointed even after a very good stay

RevisitedThis Hotel after many years.They have maintained their standards , delightful.Apre ski was as always great fun.Excellent breakfast.I received efficient assistance from the front desk.The position of the hotel is very convenient in terms of the ski lifts
