Location: The hotel is exceptionally well-located near ski lifts, gondolas, and ski rental shops, offering direct access to slopes and ski infrastructure. Guests consistently praise its proximity to two main cable car stations, ski schools, and parking facilities, making it ideal for ski trips.

Could have been much better. The property itself is nice and our room was spacious and clean, but for €350 per night the experience was disappointing. Basic amenities were missing (coffee machine, hangers, table, decent pillows), and the air conditioning didn’t work. Opening the window wasn’t an option due to constant noise from the nightclub across the street and drunk guests below the room. Service was the biggest issue. There is no real reception and communication is only via WhatsApp, but messages often go unanswered. Bar service was inconsistent every day, and during one night a DJ party was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Reception never replied when we asked when the noise would stop. Staff repeatedly referred us to the manager, who was unwelcoming and unwilling to help. To make matters worse, my husband’s ski poles were stolen from the overcrowded locker room. The hotel replied a day later with no solution, follow-up, or apology. Overall, nice building, but poor service and management completely ruined the stay.

the hotel is basic...very basic...bare bones basic. Yet the cost is not basic. As mentioned in several other reviews the lobby is not safe in ski boots, the entrance carpet was soaked the entire time - yes, even first thing in the morning so it was never changed. there are no amenities in the rooms, you pay extra for any cleaning or towel refresh, in fact you have to pay extra for a cappuccino (after a $20 breakfast fee) and the coffee is really bad - so you will want to pay the $4 for a cappuccino! The lobby being locked until 7:30 is ridiculous. there is no front desk staff. Want a snack after 9:30? nope, not an option...at all - not even a vending machine. this would all be fine if I was pay for a hostel, but the prices are full service hotel prices. I will mention that the staff was amazing. So nice, helpful and friendly!
