I came to Cincinnati to visit Jungle Jim's. I decided to stay at this Embassy Suites. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Manager's Reception was a little disappointing, as well as the restaurant. However, the rooms and staff made up for these shortcomings. I would recommend.

Overall stay was okay, nice hotel and staff was accommodating. Our room was above a designated delivery zone which was okay until at 11:30 at night while trying to sleep delivery people was extremely loud with unloading/ loading their box van.

The hotel needs updating. It's older and shows its age. Full breakfast is nice. The staff were super friendly! Kudos to Lakes at the front desk! I was there for a funeral and needed a couple of things. She gladly helped me. She was cheerful, friendly, and so helpful!

Beautiful hotel! Staff was exceptional. Extremley friendly and helpful. Will definitely make another trip here! Breakfast is above and beyond what I expected. They offer two free adult drinks with your stay and free soda.

Stay overall was fine, I had to wait awhile to be helped then, room number wasn’t written on the cards envelope then I had to come back and get a the room number. Not impressed with the service
