Had to switch rooms because the water was yellow. Was yellow in the new room due to work that was done earlier that day. I had to go to a gym and shower. The staff was great and helpful though.

We have stayed here before - but stayed for one night after a very long drive. The staff was great from check-in, through dinner/drinks, and breakfast and check-out. Check-in was easy and the staff funny and engaging. We stayed in for dinner and the Ruben and Burger were excellent! No kidding - I have had a lot of hotel burgers and this one was superior! The bartender and server was very nice - forgot her name…but she is African-American and really made us feel at home. She spoke to us and then left us alone at the right intervals. She is great - please recognize her - again forgot her name… My only issue is the small and flat pillows. I know may people don’t mind those pillows but they annoy me to death! Why not have king pillows on a king bed! But the bed was comfortable so that makes all the difference! The room was quiet but our door would not fully close unless you lifted it up first. Minor issue.

We have stayed at many Embassy Suites and always liked them. This is by far the worst we have seen and will make me question staying at another. It needs major updating and repair. Broken elevator, dirty stairways, toilet ran constantly, shower drains clogged, peeling paint and just not clean. Window leaked terribly.
The “manager’s reception” was stale chips, pretzels and salsa. The atrium near the bar was very gross and not cleaned during our several day stay.
The only positive about breakfast was they did have omelets but only one person working and very slow. The rest of breakfast was average at best.

I came to Cincinnati to visit Jungle Jim's. I decided to stay at this Embassy Suites. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Manager's Reception was a little disappointing, as well as the restaurant. However, the rooms and staff made up for these shortcomings. I would recommend.

Overall stay was okay, nice hotel and staff was accommodating. Our room was above a designated delivery zone which was okay until at 11:30 at night while trying to sleep delivery people was extremely loud with unloading/ loading their box van.
