This hotel may look nice, but beware, the property is not as advertised. I’ve been an Hhonors member at various levels over the past decade plus. When checking in online, I selected a room only to be told that that room was not available as it wasn’t scheduled to be cleaned today. The hotel advertises a restaurant onsite for breakfast and evening service. This was one of the primary reasons why we selected this property. We did not want to start trying to find a place to eat in an unfamiliar city. We were told that the restaurant does not open in the evening because they have not been able to find a cook/chef for quite some time. The room we were finally provided was clean…..but they have televisions that are not compatible with the current cable companies technology and therefore they are not providing watchable television, unless you’re into a handful of obscure cable networks that few watch to begin with. Both the hotel management and Hilton corporate offered very little in terms of assistance. Please look carefully at my and some of the other negative comments listed as they are spot on accurate. Personally, my experience here thus far has made me change several future reservations with other Hilton properties as I am completely turned off by the lack of positive experience here
