O Hotel é lindo e tudo perfeito, atendimento, o quarto e o café da manhã. O local que não é o melhor para meus objetivos na cidade, mais isso é uma questão bem pessoal. Nenhuma reclamação do hotel em si. Maravilhoso.

We loved the hotel, the entire structure, very good breakfast, staff who were always attentive and friendly. Hotel restaurant with delicious food too. Large, comfortable, clean rooms. We will definitely stay again on another trip.

The hotel is very good. Beautiful, spacious, quiet room, close to the forest. Although we didn't take advantage of the pool (too cold the days we were there), it was clean and very pretty. Some windows had bird stickers to prevent bird collisions. There is ample parking and there are photovoltaic panels on the roof. We had a problem with the bathroom sink flow which was promptly resolved. The hotel food (dinner and breakfast) was very good. We only have one problem: the air conditioning in the room is pre-set for summer. Therefore, the increase in temperature is blocked. Blumenau was very cold when we went. So we were cold the first night. Although the employee who checked in made the hotel services available, the truth is that after the shower, with a warm body, it didn't seem like we would get cold. But in the early morning it got really cold and we didn't want to call room service at that hour. The next day we requested more blankets (request granted) and everything was fine. I suggest two possibilities: make the temperature increase available to the client's comfort zone or make more blankets available on a routine basis. As there is the issue of cleaning after use, I don't know which solution would be more cost-effective for the hotel. But something along these lines needs to be done.

I've stayed at the hotel more than 5 times, usually with my family, but this time I had the worst service I've ever received in hotels where I've stayed, bad will, lack of politeness and mainly lack of proactivity.

Exceptional Very beautiful hotel, everything is clean, breakfast is also great, the room is also as clean as the hotel as a whole, the shower is great, I have bicycles for guests to travel around the region for free too. Suggestion that one of the 3 pools could be heated for greater usability on days with milder weather.
