Fácil acesso pela rodovia BR 470 sentido Pomerode, em frente ao Shopping Norte. Bom estacionamento gratuito. Check in rápido. Quartos com ótimo tamanho, limpos, mobiliário novo , camas grandes e confortáveis, televisão pequena com poucas opções de canais. Banheiro com bom tamanho, toalhas novas e ótimo chuveiro. Café da manhã simples, completo e suficiente com boa qualidade dos itens. Check out rápido , ótimo atendimento por parte dos colaboradores. Conheço 4 hotéis da rede e sempre que viajo onde tem o hotel 10, dou preferência pela qualidade e relação custo/beneficio.

Não tinha água no meu quarto por um período bem considerável durante a noite, difícil não comentar sobre algo tão básico num hotel. De resto, a organização é boa, tudo muito limpo, café da manhã razoável apesar de extremamente simples, no geral, boa experiência, tirando a falta de água.

Perfeito. Atendimento impecável. Muito limpo e lindo. Café maravilhoso e ótimo preço. Banheiro bom, cama ótima, tv bem completa, ar condicionado gelando bem e frigobar ótimo. Instalações muito bem feitas e de qualidade. Só n tinha papel higiênico.
