Red Roof Inn Blythe

Room was a great size. Front desk was very nice. Beds a little uncomfortable and floors a little dirty but that’s just about everywhere. Would def stay again

Didn’t like that things were in disrepair..front office person was not friendly…extremely noisy…left early and left key card in room since office is closed. Didn’t feel comfortable at all.

This place is horrible , dirty falling apart hair in the shower, beds not made, locks on door are broken, only 2 towels for a family with 3 kids, flies in the room gap under the door, cigarette burns all over, definitely not as listed not within walking distance of anything and pool is closed

For the price it was fine... clean room, clean bedding, nice quick heater when need, nice hot shower. The TV could be a little larger but was easy to use. Also, the gentleman who check us in and out was very friendly and helpful.

The room was Ok until I found a dead roach on the floor between clothes hanger and bathroom. Then i found another roach on the wall alive above bed lamp at midnight. I used paper cup to kill it and threw it to trash can.

The property manager was nice but the hotel was in very poor condition but honesty the whole town was too.

Although the USA Interstate highway system has provided amazing services to travelers it is also so incredibly sad how it has ****** the finances and economic structures out of small towns it has forced us to by-pass on our journeys. Blythe is one of these towns and this RED ROOF INN has certainly seen better days. I travel mostly east of the Mississippi and RED ROOF INNS have gone through a lot of rebranding and inves**ent for their clients there. Sadly, this particular franchise has been ridden hard in the desert and put away wet. The curb appeal is considerably lacking, as it is for most of the other budget motel chains in this town. But being received in a RECEPTION area which has an overpowering food smell is not an expected or welcoming sign. The room (Rm.131), although clean, has re-purposed well-used old furniture and finishings which are just plain tacky. On the POSITIVE side, the mattress is comfortable and the HVAC wall unit was remarkably quiet. HOWEVER....there was a weird and annoying sound coming from the walls by the bathroom ALL NIGHT which sounded like a washing machine. If you need to stop for the night this is definitely a budget-level motel which does not live up to my usual experiences with the RED ROOF franchise.
