We came into Blytheville through the town, very run down and I thought oh no what have I booked us into. Though this is an older hotel and yes it could do with some fixing up and a paint job, inside and out, but the bed was very comfortable and quiet, though I suggest they buy new pillows I took my own in. Breakfast was not bad sausages were good, s rambled eggs usual fare, better then the Best Western we stayed in the next night. Close to a few restaurants which is a plus for us as we are hauling a travel trailer. I would stay again. The girl at the desk was great supper friendly and helpful!

This place needs renovation. The bathrooms look like they have only been painted to refresh them. The vent cover is rusty and there is no working exhaust fan, the tiles and grout are moldy and cracked, the bathtub has patches and chips. The bottom of the tub has a rubber mat permanently attached over old stained area. Electrical outlet did not work in one side of the bed.

This hotel is not worth $100. It should be more like $50 because the room I got was very old and smelly. It needs a major renovation if you're going to ask $100.

The hotel itself is just OK. It’s in need of updates, but was satisfactory for our needs. During our stay, there were huge thunderstorms which caused a power outage about 2 am. The AC was not working, so we couldn’t sleep. Nor could we watch TV or use Wi-Fi. The power was still out by morning, so no breakfast — not even some fruit or a donut. I understand that this was an Act of God. My problem is with how I was treated afterward. I called about a week later and asked for the manager. I was told she was on the phone and would call me back. I explained to the woman who took the message that we would be interested in staying at the hotel on our return trip to Iowa, but would like a discount for the amenities that we did not receive. After 4 days and no return call, I called again and got the same routine — the manager is on the phone and she’ll call you back. Apparently this is how they deal with guest’s concerns. By lying to them. Great customer service!

The television in my room did not work. There wasn’t anyone to look at it, so they finally gave me a different room. So I had to go get the new keycard, schlep everything from one room to another then take the old room keycard back to the front desk. I travel with my dog so I had her, her things, my things. I had a headache and had driven all day and I just wanted to rest. Also - as soon as I pulled into the parking lot I noticed very strong super skunky ********* smoke. I figured that whoever was smoking it would soon stop and the smell and smoke would go away. Boy - was I wrong! There was a large tree by the parking area outside my door. Apparently this is the “Hey - let’s all smoke super skunky smelling pot” tree! I tried to walk my dog a bit. The area Around the motel was not at all nice. Garbage, empty drink bottles, cigarette butts, and got knows what else seemed to be strewn everywhere. Also, the constant smell of really bad smelling pot was ever present. Seemingly there was a waiting list to stand by that tree and smoke pot. I don’t know what the deal was with that, but it was creepy. Oddly, there was a Mexican restaurant connected to this motel. I don’t know if the workers at the motel were constantly smoking? Maybe the motel or restaurant was dealing the skunky smelly stuff? At any rate, it never ended. Back to my room with Bernie the dog. I left my drapes open a crack so I could keep an eye on my car. There were lots of people constantly walking past my window. All Night Long. It was rather noisy. Also - and this was really annoying - any time my loud heating unit would kick in, it would blow the skunky pot smoke into my room! I finally turned off the heater and opted to be really cold for the rest of the night instead of having pot smoke blow endlessly into my crummy room. It was really annoying. As far as the room goes. It was ok. The bed was comfortable although I was freezing cold for the above mentioned reason. The room needed a facelift. Could use a good coat of paint and some attention paid to the baseboards, doors, carpet, furnishings and such. There were a lot of Dents and Dings. I didn’t sleep well. I wanted to leave. The next morning Bernie and I left. I probably won’t stay at a “Quality Inn” again. It was not a good experience.

Came in after a long day of driving and was given a room with a king bed. Got to the room and the temperature was set at 60 and it was freezing. Went to turn on the TV and it did not work. Tried to call the front desk but the phone did not work. It was a non-smoking room but had a stale smoky smell. Called the desk and changed rooms. Was put in a smaller room with a full size bed and no offer of a lower rate—would have to talk to the manager the next day. Walked in that room and that TV remote did not work at all. Ended up changing hotels as I was not going to try any other rooms. Also, there is not an easy walkway to get to the rooms. There are large rocks on the terrace between the parking lot and the walkway down the outdoor rooms. People can park in front of the walkways to the hotel.

I've stayed here twice so far, 2021 and 2022. It's easy to find, just off I-55. It's clean and comfortable. The staff is always nice. I enjoyed the breakfast, but I prefer a motel with inside corridors vice outside. But it is pet friendly.

Non smoking room with cigarette burns on the bed spreads, no TV control, filthy bathroom and unpleasant smells left us no alternative but to not stay there an upon leaving the hotel and we were told our money would be refunded but two weeks later there is no refund. The manager is not cooperating now when she previously said a refund would be given.

After having driven over 800 miles that day I stopped and got a room. I parked my vehicle with handicap plates in front of the handicap room and went inside to get a room. When I ask for the handicap room the clerk felt the need to question me about my need for this room and decided that I didn’t need it. I’d like to point out that her doing this was a violation of the ADA which is a federal law but I was very tired and accepted the other room. I dozed off for a few minutes then got undressed and went to use the restroom and shower for bed. This was when I discovered there was NO TOILET PAPER in the room. NONE OF ANY KIND. I went to use the phone to call the front desk but of course it didn’t work so I looked up the number and called on my cell. When I told her there was no paper in the room and asked her to bring me some, she refused and told me if I wanted some I would have to come get it myself. I told her that I was undressed and needed her to bring to my room that she couldn’t expect me to stay in a room without paper. I was wrong, not only did she expect it but it happened. Had I not had wet wipes in my purse, well let’s just say it wouldn’t have been nice. When I got my receipt the next morning I complained to which she replied that she just wasn’t BRAVE enough to leave the lobby after dark. I guess if it’s in an area so dangerous that the employees are afraid to go out after dark then I can’t recommend it for customers. Here is a picture of the handicap room that I was denied. As you can see, it was available and unused the following morning. Wonder if it had toilet paper. One more thing, when I was checking in I attempted to give the clerk my Choice number for check in but she wouldn’t take it, said she had already given me the discount. DOUBLE LIE. I was over charged and had to call Choice to get my points. When checking in I attempted to give the clerk my ch
