The room had some problems: 1) hairdryer didn't work in our room; 2) shower head was loose and leaking. I had to screw it tighter to get it to stop leaking; 3) the bathroom floor wasn't as clean as I would have liked; 4) there was a sleeping cap under the mattress... However, the hotel was what we expected. We would probably stay there again.

The property is old, but that was acceptable. The filth however was not. Carpet has dried mud in several areas of the hotel and the room had food on the floor, bathroom was dirty etc. The bed was comfortable and the staff were most helpful and welcoming. Clean the hotel properly and it would be very nice.

We were looking for a hotel with an indoor pool and this was the only one in the area. It was not up to the usual standards we’ve found at Comfort Inn and Suites in the past. The bathroom fixtures were not in good working order. The elevator clanked and bumped but because we were on an upper floor with lots of luggage, we had no choice about using it. The pool didn’t seem as pristine as it should have felt. We find that in general, Choice Hotels are not as reliably clean and up-to-date as they were in the past.

Looks run down, a/c unit is an Old Thermostat not an updated one, had to slide handle all the way down to have the a/c kick on and not sure what the temperature was. In the bathroom next to the shower on the floor the corner molding was just leaning against the wall, the toilet paper holder was away from the wall, the shower head drips, the latch on the entry door to your room has multiple holes where the lock has been moved multiple times or maybe had a break in or other problems. I'll never stay here again and this was a Comfort Inn which I thought per rating reviews was a great place. I think I paid too much for this stay.
