Comfort Inn & Suites

The room was clean and comfortable for our one night stay. Had a hot breakfast. A few restaurants in the area

I was impressed from the front door - bright, clean, welcoming. The room looked and smelled fresh. All staff were helpful and friendly, even support staff.

Pool was nice so was work out room. Our room carpet was dirty, tv did not work door latch was broken. Elevator made strange sounds so we took the stairs and there are chipped broken tiles on landings and carpet was dirty on stairs. The bed was uncomfortable very hard.

The mattress was not comfortable. We shared our experience with the staff. Hopefully, they will pass the information to Management.

The room was clean and welcoming after a 7 hour drive. The.bed was so comfy, and the air conditioner was a perfect temp. Unfortunately we fell asleep too quickly. I was looking forward to reading my book. Also found out that this Comfort Inn is pet friendly, good to know for future trips.

Staff friendly. Room clean. Only negatives were the cloth chair in the room was stained and breakfast wasn’t available until 7, we left before then

The front desk agent was friendly and had our reservation paperwork prepared in advance of our arrival. There was a slight “stale smell” when we first opened the room door but it wasn’t noticeable once the air unit blower was turned on. The room was clean; the bed and pillows were very comfortable and hotel itself was quiet inside. There was only slight noise from the highway traffic.

Clean rooms good staff air works good and the gym was efficient and clean

Toilet was clogged, when I asked for help was told I had to wait hours for maintenance to arrive….. for a plunger…. sink wouldn’t drain either Staff was mostly uncomfortable as well.
