The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful. The location is perfect for anything, and the hotel was clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Visited Ohio for a wedding. Our room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. We got in the pool before bed and ended up staying til it closed! It was so warm. The staff was great. Shout out to Lisa the bartender🔥 No compliments what so ever! Can't wait to go back!

The pillows were great, The duvet was very cozy and clean. The room was clean, and the bathroom was easy to access, especially the bathtub. The grab bar going into the bathtub was very convenient. However, my bed was not comfortable. It felt like there was a board underneath the mattress. It was functional, However, compared to every other holiday Inn, I’ve gone to our Holiday Inn express I’ve gone to. It’s a little below average.

Ceiling paint peeling in bathroom and main area of room Ice makers not working on multiple floors toilet paper fixture loose in bathroom. Bed was not made up after 1st night stay. _______________________________________________________

When we arrived a trash can at the entrance was overflowing! Not a good start! Check in was fine. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is not good! Lobby floors were dirty and elevators were dirty. Our room was ok but definitely not worth the money we paid. Needs updating and a very good cleaning! I would not stay here again.

Nice room design friendly staff. Pool looked super cool...will do next visit. I used to work for holiday in 30+ years ago...nice to see it staying fresh. I ordered a basic breakfast which was quite tasty. Appreciate the thermoses of coffee in lobby.

Your main desk was a nightmare checking in. Check in time is 3. At around 3:45 no rooms were ready. After a lot of discussion rooms became available. They know what time check in is and they know when they are full and should be totally prepared. The dining experience was average.

Decent hotel. Restaurant was good. Some maintenance issues in the hotel room (one bathroom light bulb was out, unpatched holes in bathroom where toilet paper holder was torn out of the wall, toilet didn't flush well, shower knob didn't turn well, elevator was slow)
