Filthy room. Towels and linen not washed or washed without a hint of bleach. Food left stuck on everything from the counters and tables to the inside of microwave and refrigerator. Phone doesn't work and TV dim. Bathroom was half cleaned and only 1/4 roll of tissue on roll. Poop smear on wall in dining area and stuck on white stuff all over closet curtain. The sheets didn't have any spots, but were so dingy I didn't use. Had to use my own. Had to ask someone the next morning to re-clean and she did what I asked, but nothing more to the obvious things. Hallway, elevator, and first floor reeked of smoke and food. I dread going downstairs and definitely didn't eat any breakfast. If the rooms were that dirty and the smell was that prevalent, there was no way that I trusted them to provide clean food prep. Didn't expect much, except for it to be clean. Very disappointed.

Hi Steve, this is 2020 and I don’t remember the decor looking like that so it’s very updated. Everyone was very nice. The breakfast buffet was made and the kids love the pool.

The hotel itself was extremely clean and appeared to have been very recently renovated.
Service was amazing.
Only complaint was that the pool and hot tub were either very stained or dirty. Also, shower made very loud squealing sound and ran out of hot water.

Loved the 12:00 check out time...noone ever seems to offer that so that was a huge plus... my son enjoyed some time in the pool after we checked in..i would absolutely stay here again the price was right, great location to restaurants and shopping...it was perfect for what we needed

Rented 2 rooms to just get outta house celebrating husband’s bday. Hang out in hot tub and pool. Was a nice stay, everyone was nice, Connor that worked the front desk was an amazing host. Very helpful.
The only that was bad was after we got there we had a charge on our card for deposit… wouldn’t have bothered us, but we had no idea wasn’t told that at booking. Will be deposited back to card, but inconvenient to have to wait to get it back.
