Baymont by Wyndham Boardman

The hotel did not look like the pictures on website, room was smaller than I thought both bed were not even 6 inches apart. By the second day I put the sign out to get cleaning services at least to take the trash when I arrived back to my room NOTHING was done not even the trash was taken. I went to the desk and asked he apologized and said there was only one housekeeper that day I said no worries he assured me that the following day my room would be taken cared. The following day I went to the desk before my day started I was told my room would be attended to I at least needed clean towels and trash taken out I was told it would be done. I arrived back later in the day 6pm and of course NOTHING was done again!!!!! I went back to the desk had to get clean towels and spoke to the lady at the desk this time also told her the situation but she didn’t seem to care. This is not what I was expecting from a Wyndham hotel.

Our room was clean but very small to walk around. Breakfast was poor the coffee and hot water machine was broken!! We were on the first floor which was loud. The front desk employees were very nice.

Smells like a sewer plant outside and I paid for a queen bed and they gave me a room with two small beds in it

Clean rooms smaller in size but set up well. Excellent staff

I had to be moved rooms heat didn't work and i don't have a refrigerator

My husband and I was shocked by the condition of this hotel. We noticed it was more of a motel verses hotel. Customers seemed to live there and we witnessed ladies of the night with their male guest. The room was musty and wasn’t stocked with proper toiletries. It was a non smoking hotel but the halls wreak of smoke. If we didn’t check in so late that night we would have found other arrangements. If I was alone I definitely would have search for another safer hotel. It was just an overnight stay so we stuck it out. Although the employees did their best to accommodate us it still didn’t make up for the environment. I wouldn’t recommend females going there alone. I wish we could receive our money back.

When I arrived there was no one at the front desk to check me in I had to call for someone to check in. I got to my room there were no towels, I tried to use the wifi didn't work, the coffee maker in my room didn't work ither. The next morning I went to the lobby for the free continental breakfast there was nothing there to eat other than cereal and bad coffee

Not what I expected,no breakfast attendant ,coffee was out of order front desk didn't know how to refill it.

Love the pet policy, and the staff were excellent. The room was extremely cramped.
