The staff was nice.
The property looks good in pictures but it’s actually a 1 star. Very rough around the edges. Too much money for that kind of room.
There was no wash cloth available. Asked and was told they don’t have them.
One elevator was NOT working.
There’s a club on the top floor which means there will be heavy traffic in the elevators and ground floor from night til morning.

Brutta sorpresa, attenzione all'hotel villa capris in bocca chica. Prenota il 6 gennaio per 9 notti. € 495 addebitati sul mio conto il 5 gennaio. Quando arrivo non c'è nessuna prenotazione e siccome sono con la mia famiglia pago 2 notti sperando che il problema si risolva. Stanza rumorosa sulla strada, niente frigo, niente servizio di pulizia, piccola piscina con rumore dall'autostrada che passa accanto, serratura rotta della mia auto nel parcheggio dell'hotel. cambio albergo Più di 4 mesi dopo, il denaro in possesso dell'hotel non è stato ancora rimborsato. Refrigerator didn’t work. Lacking kitchen items needed. Only one small tv. Kind of hard to have a meal and cook let alone store a beverage to stay cold without a working fridge.
