Average hotel, average service, barely average food, restaurant says breakfast at 6:30am but its not completely ready till 7am. Very nice beach.
Elevator near reception often broken, property needs a refurb as last one was in 2012 so looks quite tired now.
Regardless, I had a pleasent stay once I got used to its quirks.
Room had AC issues and don't expect any Internet (it's not advertised) except in lobby.
Regardless its close to airport and I had a pleasent to stay once I I got used to aforementioned issues.

Sporco, disordinato e poco conveniente Innanzitutto ci tengo a precisare che sono stato trattato in maniera sgarbata per aver prenotato online su booking e ottenuto un prezzo “di favore”: la struttura preferisce chi prenota direttamente sul loro sito a prezzi più alti... e relega gli altri in camere sporche, squallide e mal tenute (vedi foto). Per il resto buffet molto buono e piscina carina. Prenotate sul loro sito pagando di più...

Clean, great food, amazing service, a lot of entertainment options, plenty of pool areas… I loved the stool under the pool with a swim up bar. People were super pleasant. We were there for a honey moon and they made it very special, the welcoming to our room!!

Our stay at BE-LIVE-HOTELS LA HAMACA was a nightmare. They assigned us a room without water to bathe or to flush the toilet, my family and I weren't even able to bathe or use the toilet the night we arrived. Next days after a long battle with VIP department without any results my daughter threatened them to call local and international media to report their poor and horrible service. Also, I requested a room for what I paid for or a immediately refund for us to checkin at another hotel near by. But they made everything difficult theirs staff treated guests bad they were so ignorant they need customer services training. Well finally they changed our room but my blood pressure got so high that instead of enjoying my vacation I ended in the emergency room where they had to put me a monitor for 24 hours to monitor my heart. After 24 hours the cardiology removed the monitor and his diagnosis was that my blood pressure rose due to some emotional event (issues)
